CNC Punch
We have advanced forming capabilities providing scratch free material processing with our extensive range of machinery including our Pullmax 520 CNC high-speed punch press with 360° tool rotation and a movement speed of 128m/min with a working envelope of 3500mm x 1250mm.
Fly press
Eleven traditional fly presses manned by highly skilled time served engineers producing fine limit sheet metal work, tube and flat pattern bending and forming. We can also complete sub-assemblies with anchor nuts, rivets and inserts.
Break press
Two Safan-Darley brake presses with the ability to form up to 2.5m length with 100 tonne of pressure using precise (0.02mm) CNC controlled X and R axis.
Assembly
Our experienced coded welders are qualified to use various aerospace joining techniques, including brazing, spot welding, seam weld, MIG, TIG and oxy-acetylene.

Finishing
GASE can provide post manufacture processes including blasting, rumbling, straight graining and ultrasonic cleaning. We can also provide several part marking methods including Makem-Imaje laser-ink part-marking, vibro-etch and engraving.
